Are all BROWLY products vegan and free of animal testing?
100% yes! It's very important to us that our products are vegan and completely free of animal testing. We can proudly say that we pay strict attention to "cruelty-free and vegan" substances in the composition of our products. All our products are vegan and free of animal testing!

Can I recycle your packaging?
Absolutely! All our packaging can be recycled. Our goal is to make beauty effective for you and also sustainable for our planet. Our packaging is made with the motto "Green is the new Black". Therefore, we mainly use recycled or recyclable materials and try to avoid unnecessary packaging waste.

Can I use water instead of the Face Spritz?
Hmmm, theoretically you can, but we don't recommend it. Unlike water, the BROWLY Face Spritz works like a setting spray and gives your eyebrows extra hold, making them last even longer. Plus the gentle ingredients of the Face Spritz nourish and condition your brows and skin. Another reason why you shouldn't be using water is that water isn't antibacterial. So if you moisten the Soap Booster with water, it's possible that bacteria will accumulate. The antibacterial effect of the Face Spritz ensures that no unwanted nasties get into your soap.
Should I use other eyebrow products before or after the Soap Booster?
You can continue to use your usual eyebrow products. If you want to fill in bald spots or add some colour to your eyebrows, you can do this with an eyebrow pencil, powder or pomade either before or after the Soap Booster. Since every eyebrow product is different, we recommend trying both options to find out what works best for you. If you use a product after applying the Soap Booster, simply wait a minute for the soap to dry before applying another product.
Is it true that the Soap Booster can also be used as a wonder weapon against annoying baby hair?
Yep, it's true! The BROWLY Soap Booster is also perfect for fixing annoying baby hair. The application process is the same, as if you were styling your eyebrows. Simply comb your baby hair with the BROWLY Brow Brush in the desired position. Once styled, your baby hairs won't move an inch.
Is the Soap Booster vegan & cruelty-free?
Yes! All our products including the Soap Booster are 100% vegan and have never been tested on animals. We only use high quality products, because we only want the best for your eyebrows!
Why can't I just use normal soap?
Traditional soap often contains skin-irritating ingredients that shouldn't be left on the skin. For example, many soaps contain SLS, an ingredient that extracts natural oils from the skin and can lead to dry and irritated skin. Another reason why you shouldn't use traditional soaps is that they often contain palm oil, a controversial and environmentally unfriendly raw material.
The Soap Booster is no ordinary soap. It is a specially formulated eyebrow safe soap that contains neither palm oil nor SLS and SLES. Our unique formula is mild and conditions your skin and eyebrows while giving them the ultimate hold. BROWLY is also vegan and free from animal testing. We care about the environment and therefore use mainly environmentally friendly raw materials and packaging. By the way, we produce by hand in Germany.

What makes the Face Spritz special?
The Face Spritz is a real all-rounder and thanks to it's handy size, is the perfect companion for on the go. Here are the coolest facts: The gentle ingredients make a power cocktail of antioxidants, pectins and tannins. Pectins help to bind water in the skin and tannins have an antibacterial effect, which supports the skin in different kinds of problems Thanks to the naturally occurring ingredient vitamin B3, the Face Spritz has a calming effect and helps to combat pimples and acne, as well as dry and sensitive skin. Plus, vitamins A, C, D and E have an anti-aging effect and protect the skin. Last but not least, the antioxidant effect also contributes to a healthy skin appearance, as it binds free radicals.

How do I use the Face Spritz to activate the Soap Booster?
The antibacterial Face Spritz activates the Soap Booster and provides the perfect hold. Either spray 3 splashes on the Brow Brush or 1 splash directly into the Soap Booster.
Important! If you spray the Face Spritz directly into the Soap Booster, please only spray on the soap and not on the mirror. The packaging has a water resistant coat, but we want your Soap Booster to last a long time, so no liquid should get behind the mirror :)
How do I use the Face Spritz as part of my skincare routine?
Spray on before the moisturizer, before/after make-up or during the day as a refresher. For even more hydration, simply use the spray before or after moisturizing. It's also ideal for use as a cleanser and toner - just spray a few splashes over cleansed, dry skin in the morning and evening and let it work.
Note: Keep Face Spritz about 10-15 cm away from the face and distribute evenly.
Caution: Keep eyes and mouth closed. If the spray accidentally gets into the eyes, please rinse thoroughly with water.
How do I use the Face Spritz as a hair treatment?
For noticeably softer hair and a great shine, simply spray in the lengths and ends after showering. For dandruff or dry and itchy scalp, spray onto dry hair and leave on overnight.

Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via credit card, Maestro, PayPal, Klarna Invoice, Klarna Installment Purchase, SOFORT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and possibly selected local payment methods of your country. We are continuously working on keeping them up to date to enable you to pay conveniently.
What is the status of my order?
We process incoming orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Log in to your account via the BROWLY website and select your last order. When the order is displayed as shipped or completed, you'll also find your tracking details there.
Don't have a BROWLY account yet?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If you haven't received an e-mail, don't worry! Your order is usually shipped after 1-2 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?
In order to ensure fast delivery, we process incoming orders very quickly. This means that we cannot guarantee that orders placed can be changed or cancelled. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact info@browlycare.comas soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it. Please see our returns policy.
What happens if I am not at home on the day of delivery?
Your parcel will be delivered to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase. If you're not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to a neighbour or to the nearest post office for collection.
Unfortunately, it can happen that you don't receive a notification card in your mailbox in case of non-delivery. We therefore recommend that you track your shipment regularly using the tracking details.

Why can't I complete my order?

I have a promo code, where can I enter it?
You can enter your voucher code at the checkout. First, go to your shopping cart where you'll see your product selection. In the next step you will be directed to the checkout. Here you can see the summary of your order and a field that says "discount code". Enter your code here and confirm with "apply". The sum of your shopping cart will be updated automatically.

What are your delivery times?
Our standard shipping within Germany takes 1-2 business days on average. For all other countries the following delivery times apply:
Austria: DPD Classic: 1-3 working days
Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: DPD Classic: 1-3 working days
Switzerland: 2-5 working days
Rest of Europe incl. UK: 4-10 working days
Rest of world: 7-30 working days
Note on covid-19: Due to current events, there are unfortunately delays in postal traffic and delivery times may be extended. So please be aware that you might have to wait a little longer than usual for your shipment after receiving your shipping confirmation.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what now?
E-mail us as soon as possible at info@browlycare.com. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, your delivery address can still be corrected. If your order is undeliverable or is returned to us due to insufficient shipping information, we'll contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that shipping costs may apply again.
Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?
Yes, that is no problem. Within Germany you can have your order delivered to a Packstation. Please make sure that you enter the correct Packstation and postal number in your order.

Do I have to pay import duties?
All orders are currently shipped from Germany and customers will not be charged customs or import fees for orders received within the EU. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Further information
If your parcel is not collected from the post office or if your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or incorrect/missing name on the doorbell/letterbox, there will be a charge of €5,00 for BROWLY which will be passed on to the customer.

What's your return policy?

How do your returns work?
If you have received a different product than the one you ordered by mistake or if the product you received is defective, please email us at info@browlycare.com and we will find a solution immediately.
Falls du mit dem erhaltenen Produkt unzufrieden bist, kannst du es innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt an uns zurücksenden. Sobald das Produkt ordnungsgemäß zurückgeschickt und überprüft wurde, bist du zu einer vollständigen Rückzahlung exkl. der Kosten für den Rückversand berechtigt. Im Falle einer automatischen Rücksendung wegen Annahmeverweigerung, fehlerhafter Lieferadresse oder Nichtantreffens bzw. Überschreitung der Lagerfrist in der Postfiliale, werden die Rücksendekosten in Höhe von €5,00 mit dem zurück zu erstattenden Betrag verrechnet.
Return procedure:
Email us at info@browlycare.com with the product you wish to return. After we have confirmed the return, make sure the product is properly packaged for shipment and meets all return shipping requirements. Please label the outside of the shipping container with the word "Return". We recommend shipping the return insured to ensure the product arrives safely to us. Please let us know as soon as you have sent the return shipment. You can send the tracking information to info@browlycare.com .

- We are not responsible for the return costs and will not refund the cost of the return.

How do I get my refund?
You will always receive your refund via the same payment method you used to place your order. We will usually issue a refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
An item arrived damaged. What can I do?
Oh no! We are sorry about that. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that products get damaged during shipment. Please contact our customer service and send us a photo of the damaged goods. This is important so that we can understand the damage and offer you a solution as soon as possible.
